Ohio home prices are moving in a favorable trajectory. Statewide home prices jumped 3.8 percent in January, compared to the same month in 2014, according to new data from CoreLogic. When including the sale of distressed properties, Ohio home prices rose 5 percent. Nationally, single-family home prices climbed 5.6 percent in January, or 5.7 percent when including distressed sales. Ohio's best burger comes from southwest Ohio, but sadly not from the Dayton region. That's the verdict from Thrillist.com, which lists the best burger in all 50 states. The site says the rankings came from visits to burger joints across the country, either from its staff or contributing writers.
