Dayton Band Promotion

DaytonMostMetro.com is now making it easy for local bands to promote their shows here AND on other sites FOR FREE.  Here are some easy steps:

Step One – Enter your show on our Calendar

Go to our Event Submission page and enter the details – make sure you include all bands who are playing in the title (separated by | ).  If your band is on ReverbNation.com, embed your TuneWidget in the event description (click the HTML button and paste in the HTML window).  If your show is happening Downtown (including the Oregon District) then your event listing will also automatically appear on DowntownDayton.org, and if it is in the Oregon District then it will automatically appear on OregonArtsDistrict.com (both sites syndicate our event calendar).  If you are a venue, contact us about using the DMM Calendar for your venue’s website – we can customize it with your site’s colors and it will only display your events.  Then when you enter events for your website, they will automatically appear here on DaytonMostMetro.com as well as other websites that syndicate our calendar (* certain restrictions apply).

Step Two – Submit your show poster

Please provide the following info and upload your show poster image that is no more than 300px wide and 600px in height.  Also - be sure to add your show to our Event Calendar. If the show is cancelled, please let us know.   We add show posters to the rotation every Monday.

Step Three – Share with OUR friends

Step Four – Share with YOUR friends

Once your event calendar submission has been approved, you’ll be notified by email.  Use the social media share buttons on your event page to share with your friends, have them share with their friends, and before you know it everybody in Dayton will know about your show!  See, that wasn’t so hard!
