The Dayton Region's largest and longest-running Halloween Street Party!

25th annual Hauntfest on Fifth

When: Saturday, Oct. 30, 7 p.m. to 1 a.m.

Where: On East Fifth Street in the Oregon Arts District between Patterson Boulevard and Wayne Avenue 

Cost: $5 advance tickets are available at select Oregon Arts District businesses; $5 at the door until 10 p.m., then $10 at the door until 1 a.m. No cover at most District taverns until midnight.

What:
-- A costume contest will be held at 10 p.m. with cash prizes in two categories: best individual costume and best group (two or more people). To enter, gather by the stage in the parking lot at Fifth and Pine streets by 9:45 p.m.

-- Live music also will be featured on the stage throughout the night. The schedule includes:
            8-10 p.m.: Uncle Rico (former members of 33 People and Velvet Crush)
            10:30 p.m. to 12:30 a.m.: Big Gil and His Funky All-Stars

-- Anthony and Lori Cicero present costumed wrestlers at Fifth and Jackson streets.

-- Enjoy food vendors and beer on the streets and in the taverns while partying with thousands of costumed revelers!
