Enjoy five exquisite courses with expertly-paired wines next Thursday, July 29, at 6pm!
Chef Margot has planned five summery courses featuring seared Mahi, crab cakes, Maple Leaf Farms duck, lamb and more.
We’ll start it off by sipping some Toad Hollow Risque Sparkling and finish with none other than Altos Las Hormigas “Terror Valle de Uco” Cabernet Franc.

Course 1: Toad Hollow Risqué Sparkling, California, paired with arugula and roasted seed salad, topped with goat cheese, fresh raspberries, and aged balsamic vinaigrette.
Course 2: Evolution No. 9 White Blend, Oregon, served with seared Mahi on a bed of roasted summer peppers tossed in a spicy lemon caper vinaigrette and topped with fried garlic.
Course 3: Arsonist Chardonnay, California, to enjoy with Crab cake on a bed of creamy corn and spinach chiffonade.
Course 4: Charles Smith Golden West Pinot Noir, Washington, and seared Maple Leaf Farms duck breast medallions in a blackberry and mint sauce, served with roasted fingerling potatoes.
Course 5: Altos Las Hormigas ‘Terroir Valle de Uco’ Cabernet Franc, Argentina, with pistachio and rosemary encrusted lamb lollipops, summer spaghetti squash, and cous cous in a lack garlic jus
