True Nature Retreat
January 15 @ 9:00 am - 4:00 pm$150
WINTERING in TRUE NATURE with Mary Borton & Christy Shell
The winter season invites us into a time of rest, darkness and restoration. In this workshop we’ll use the nature of wintering to coax our innermost desires for the upcoming year to take root and begin to bloom. As daylight begins to increase, it is the perfect time to look within and see what your TRUE NATURE is ready to bring forth.
This daylong retreat will include movement & meditation practices guided by Mary Borton, ERYT 500, Founder & Director of Movement Education Programs at The Heart of Teaching. Mary’s expertise in guiding one into an embodied state of rest, relaxation and a sense of the true self. From this state of body, mind and heart synchronicity, your inspiration and innermost desires can be accessed and drawn forward to carry out whatever it is your true nature reveals for you.
Christy Shell, M.Ed, Owner of Zeal Coaching & Certified Executive, Career & Life Coach, will guide our group through a nature based experience that ends with a creative integration project that will allow you to manifest your dreams into creating a vision that will keep your inspiration alive and glowing after the retreat ends.
Our setting at Brukner Nature Center will set the tone for a quiet reflective natural space to ground ourselves for this full day experience. Breaks to sit or walk on the grounds will allow even more integration for nurturing our souls.
