Course 3: Monographe Assyrtiko, Greece, to enjoy with pan seared Bronzini filet topped with a kalamata olive, feta, & tomato relish, served with fried potatoes.
Course 4: Christo Marietta Red Blend, California, and grilled Ribeye strips on a bed of parsnip purée and accompanied by a citrus arugula salad.
